Hatch, Elizabeth J. "Liz" Elizabeth, age 66 of Clearwater, passed away on October 10, 2017. She was born in Rochester, NY on June 2, 1951. Elizabeth is preceded in death by her parents Robert Jackson, Dorothy Jackson (Schroeder), brother Bobby Jackson and sister Dorothy "Peaches" Meader. Liz is survived by her daughters, Michelle O'Brien and her husband Neil of Dunedin FL, Mary Paschopoulos and her husband Mark of Palm Harbor FL, and Melinda Hatch of Palm Harbor FL. She was the proud grandmother of Trey and Alley Paschopoulos, Amari, Jemel, Markus and Mason Jackson-Hatch, Mackenzie and Madison O'Brien. Liz is also survived by her brothers Roy, Kenny and Bruce Jackson and her sister Eva Jackson and numerous other relatives. Above all Liz will be best remembered for her strength and strong-willed personality. These strengths were essential when she was raising three young daughters by herself. Her daughters will always be appreciative of everything that she sacrificed for them. She was also a beloved grandmother to eight grandchildren. She had so much pride and joy in all of them. Liz was retired from GTE Telephone Company for about 16 years after over 25 years of employment. She spent her well-deserved retirement with family and reading romance novels.
