MARGARET ANN DREW passed away on Friday, September 9, 2016 after a lengthy illness. Ann was born in Sheffield, England on September 1, 1946 to Margaret Virgin and the late Arthur George Besharah. Ann will be remembered as a very proud mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend to many around the world. Ann was a gifted artist and craftsperson. She created beautiful garden spaces wherever she lived where she could sit and read as her beloved pets wandered through her roses. Ann is survived by her longtime companion Thomas, her loving sons Steve Smith (Terry) of Ottawa, Canada and Chris Smith (Dee Dee) of Fairbanks, Alaska, many devoted grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews in Canada and the United States. She was the much loved daughter of Margaret Besharah and special Big Sister to Heather Reed (David), Christine Moritz (Charles) and Douglas Besharah (Bonny).
