Marvin Glen Combs

Marvin G. Combs, 81, of Dunedin, Florida, passed away peacefully on Thursday October 1, 2015, with his wife and best friend of 34 years, Judy (Lovely) Combs, standing by his side. Marvin was a loving husband and father. His children are Jerry Combs, Billye June Combs, Janet Kraft, Jay Kraft, Jill Combs, Barry Cornett, Marc Cornett, Darlene Cornett, Myra Barry, Greg Cornett, and Amee Cornett. He is also survived by his brother Ronald Combs and his wife Carla Combs; as well as 14 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, his many loving cousins and other friends. He lived for the past 30 years in the Dunedin area. He and Judy enjoyed traveling in their motor home, and he loved watching the Tampa Bay Bucs and Rays. Marvin owned multiple insurance agencies in the Clearwater area, including Combs Insurance and United Underwriters Insurance. He was a member of North Dunedin Baptist Church for 29 years., and proudly served In the United States Marine Corps. Funeral Servie will be held at North Dunedin Baptist Church this Sunday October 4, 2015 at 3:00PM. Visitation will be held at the church from 2:00PM to 3:00PM Sunday prior to service time.
