Robert F. Simpkins "Frank" 75 of Clearwater, Fl. Passed away peacefully on August 4th, 2020 at Brookside Hospice in Palm Harbor. He is survived by his wife, Luana Harris Simpkins, his oldest daughter Tammy (Michelle) Prince, daughter Reginia Mathews (Randy) and his son Travis Simpkins (Alexandra). He was a Grandfather to Skyler, Teylor, Shannon, Benjamin and Nolan. He was a Great Grandfather to Miah and Zayn. Lovingly known as Pop Pop and Grandpa. Robert was born in Richmond, Va. and is predeceased by his parents Robert and Eva Simpkins and his sister, Linda Simpkins McCroskey. He will forever be loved, cherished and remembered. Go with God, you are finally home and at peace.
