He is the father of 5 children, 5 grandchildren, 3 nephews and 3 nieces. Surviving sons William McKinney Lacey (Mac), Joseph Mitchell Lacey (Joe), Robert Booth Lacey, Michael Martin Lacey (Mike) and daughter Leslee Anne Lacey. Surviving Grandchildren Leeann, Dana, Savannah, Julianne and Justin Lacey. Services open to all to share in celebrating Bill's life will be held at 6pm St Matthias Lutheran Church 2751 Sunset Point Road, Clearwater, FL 33759.
