Thomas Clayton Little, of Clearwater, Florida, quietly passed away in his home, surrounded by his loving family and friends, on August 20, 2020, at the age of 68. He was predeceased in death by his Father, Charles Little, and his mother, Mona Pratt Little and is survived by his Significant Other, Angela Nipper and their Son, Justin Nipper, both of Clearwater, Florida.
Tom was born on August 20, 1952 in LaPorte, Indiana. His family later migrated to Florida and he went on to attend the University of South Florida. Tom graduated in the top of his classes from the University of South Florida in Tampa, and went on to study law at Stetson University, where he received his doctorate. After finishing law school, Tom attended the University of Florida in Gainesville and completed a specialization in Taxation. Tom was well like and respected in the legal community and won several landmark cases in the State of Florida and Federal Courts.
Tom was a 32nd Degree Scottish Mason and a Brother/Member of the North Pinellas Scottish Rite Masonic Club. He was compassionate by nature and a humanitarian and philanthropist with the community. Tom leaves a legacy of love, faith, and a passion for justice as a template for the rest of us to continue and grow.
Pastor, Robert Scarallo, of Grace and Faith Church in Tampa, will conduct the graveside service on September 4, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Curlew Hills Memory Gardens located at 1750 Curlew Road, Palm Harbor, FL 34683.
